I had this idea for some time now, i thought of having an youtube channel with some people from here for fun, and also probably raise some interest in the forums. this youtube channel would post videos from all of us not one specific person, people from the forums would make an funny video send it to the channels owner and they would post it. The video can be of any type, gameplay, speed paints, night core, anything. my idea is that this channel would be an archive of videos created by us and the videos would be eddited like they were from pre 2014 youtube, your good ol unoficial hypercam's your tutorial videos with minimal edditing, gmod, the good ol stuf.
i'm just shooting this out in the dark here.

this would be pretty cool ithink :] id totally make a couple vids for the channel if it happens . ive got a windows xp virtual machine that i could use for editing in movie maker and also recording some stuff

seeing the amount of people liking my post i decided to add this poll of if we should do it or not.
also i already got an channel set up, it was originally created it to post that one sprite animation i made a while ago, we could repourpoce that account if needed.

i actually really dig this idea. im wondering how such an account could be managed but i do still love the concept.
maybe it would also be a good place where us as a collective could submit/upload any rtvs memes we make, video format of course. ive been wanting to make like almost YTP-style edits of rtvs for LONG time now and i think a communal "The Official RTVS Fan-Forum" youtube account type deal would make a great place for people to upload that into one place. maybe we can hold contests and shit. im getting ahead of myself LOL

Great idea for a vid: Y'know those videos where a bunch of animators come together to re animate an episode of something? It's like that, but it's YTP edits. We take a stream or highlights video, and everybody gets a/some clips to ytp-ify. Like Fesh Pince of Blair in a way

Like Fesh Pince of Blair in a way IVE ALWAYS WANTED TO DO THISSSSS oh man it would be so cool to like. vote collectively on using a singular stream/vod, example like Faxmas 2 or something (im not biased i swear i swear), and we just all get the freedom to whip up like up to 1-minute long YTP style edit of that source material. i would DIE to be a part of that someday actually would be so awesome |
