femtanyls CHASER is really good, i first listened to it stoned as shit and i think it added to it x3 ifeelgr8 by death insurance is also good if u want more noise-type stuff
i also think the cure, talking heads, and kali uchis are all great choices (kali's voice is angelic)

EDIT: im stoned right now and i can tell you a better answer now. its listening to the entire album "INSIDE" by Bo Burnham, bonus points if you have it on vinyl. certified Good stoned listening experience
