im not sure if someones already made a thread like this or not. if they did, im sorry for making a dupe thread 
fun fact about me: i used to design a lot of fakemon!! particularly when i was in high school 
hadrosaurs eeveelution thread got me thinking abt glaceon. i know i said its my favourite (and it is!! its been my fave since i was a kid) buut i can see why some ppl think its one of the weaker eeveelutions and prefer the others.. its kind of underdesigned 
sooo a few years back i tried to expand a little on glaceons design, make it more obviously an ice type beyond just being blue, and i sketched this!
some design notes!!
- i already like glaceons weird little head ribbons bc theyve always reminded me of those hats with the ear flaps and tassels, so i just emphasized that
- the scarf/neck ruff looking thing is a dewlap (like what rabbits have) & the fur around the paws was inspired by arm/legwarmers
- the tail and head ribbons are prehensile (for throwing snowballs)
