i could use a tutorial or something on how to customize it. i see a bunch of people on here with rlly cool profiles but im having some trouble with mine. i know that there are certain size limitations on images and gifs but that's about it 
if anybody on here has a guide for that or other customization options, please let me know. thanks!

You can change the miniprofile image in settings, personal. You can't change it on mobile view I think. The syntax is: {"image":"image-url"} Which is different than the syntax for inserting an image into a forum post I would recommend making the image size 170x333. Any smaller and it will tile across the background, any larger and it will cut off the excess.
You can also change the font color for your mini profile, it takes hexadecimal without the "#"
Edit: what I said about the image size is actually inaccurate!! Depending on your theme and other factors I don't know, the mini profile can be different shapes and sizes! 170 as the width I think is pretty stable, but the height can go up to like 400, so 170x400 is probably a better size

Also I've been having trouble with the preview, so I'd recommend looking back at a forum post you've made to see if the changes worked
