hi! theres already a normal music appreciation thread, but i thought there should be one here too specifically for goth music :] im not entirely sure how picky we should be with genres, so i wont outright ban any, but ones that i would say are definitely allowed are gothic rock, deathrock, darkwave, and coldwave. if anyone wants to make an emo music thread that would be cool too. ill go first with some clan of xymox (sucks that they went off the deep end but their old stuff is good)

hell yes i love goth musics. clan of xymox's older music is awesome, shame what happened to them
anyway heres a classic
and some darkwave bc i love some good darkwave
and tosses some rope sect in here also

I really love bauhaus. I know it's a bit of a basic choice, but Mask is one of my favorite albums of all time. I have it on vinyl and I listen to it whenever I feel moody lol
As for other goth music I love, I'm a big depeche mode, the cure, joy division, and clan of xymox fan :]
