TADQUEST: A CHOOSE YOUR OWN ADVENTURE STORY

Using the otherworldly power of 're-using panels', you take stock of what you're already able to see in your room. From here you can see the LIGHT SWITCH, which you've just turned on. You can also see an empty PLUG SOCKET, and the DOOR to your QUARTERS. Next to you is a POSTER, featuring one of your favourite pieces of entertainment featuring the DASHING ROGUE, SLY COOPER. Behind you is your BED, freshly made, and a WINDOW, which is currently SHUTTERED, openable with the little green BUTTON next to it. In the foreground is your SHELVING UNIT.

But oh boy, look at that. Another angle of your room! We're really getting into uncharted territory here... Best start drawing up a map.

Firstly there is the aforementioned SHELVING UNIT, currently hosting a whole treasure trove of MISCELLANEOUS CRAP, including but not limited to: BOOKS, a WHITTLING KNIFE, a PRECIOUS BOX, DVDS/GAMES, and of course your beloved BOX FULL OF RANDOM WIRES, CABLES AND OTHER ASSORTED JUNK. Every good room needs one!

There is also a WALL-MOUNTED DESK, where you can often be found relaxing or filing dreaded PAPERWORK, should the need arise, on your AXE FLAPTOP. So called because they flap open. Accompanying it on the desk is one of your AMATEUR WOOD CREATIONS, and a HEISENBERG MUG filled with STATIONARY. What a man, that Walter White. He should have sold these instead of meth, then he would have made a killing from you alone. Another POSTER sits above the desk, so that you can gaze into Jackie's gaze after a long day of work and think about how awesome it would be to kick a guy really hard and have money fly out of him. 

Next to it is your FUNNY HAND-SHAPED CHAIR, which honestly isn't that comfortable to sit in and was frankly kind of a bitch to get into the facility. But it was so worth it. Sat upon it is a CARICATURE DOG EFFIGY, which was a gift from one of your more eccentric coworkers. You swear you've seen it blink. Currently behind it is your CLOSET, which like most closets is mainly just for your clothes.

Ah, yes. Your Email inbox. The dreaded battlefield of corporate drudgery and inane advertising you're too lazy to unsubscribe from. But you are well-hardened, and combat these digital projectiles with the zeal of a boxing-glove clad professional wrestler. And, well... You suppose a quick look before work couldn't hurt...

You steel your nerves, and with a MIGHTY FLAP, your TOP is FLAPPED. It is time for battle... You quickly open your EMAIL APP. Why a dedicated app? Less distractions when you're battling the FOES dwelling within your email inbox.

Look at this! Such a mess, now you fully admit you probably shouldn't have used your work account for PERSONAL THINGS, but well.. you're lazy. Looks like Buq's got his shift of the day's work in, that's good... Ugh, that doom-saying weirdo was in your inbox again. They contacted you before, and it was all a load of nonsense about impending doom and grisly death. As if! Nothing ever happens in this place. That you're allowed to know about anyway... You promptly give them a stiff ignoring. You skim through the other emails, which are all pretty uneventful. Oh, but you won that auction! You confess to a quite high level of private enjoyment. Shipping to this place can be a nightmare, though... So it'll probably just have to sit with the seller till your next getaway. A shame.
