Dunno if anyone else said these, but:
- Lemon Demon: If you don't know him, yes you do. He made Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiney, Two Trucks, Bustin', Potter Puppet Pals, and many more
- Tally Hall: Not entirely sure how to describe them. They made Banana Man, Ruler of Everything, and a ton of really good songs, either as a full band, only parts of the band, solo, etc. (AND THEY'VE BEEN ON HIATUS FOR 12+ YEARS BUT SAID THEY'D COME BACK IF THEY HIT 30,000,000 MONTHLY LISTENERS AAAAAAAH)
- BABYMETAL: 3 Japanese girls were really into heavy metal, so they made a band together, and make really really good heavy metal.
- EX-LYD: Really good electronic music I use to study to
- Leon Chang: Really good music that feels like it was designed to sound like it's from a fake ps1 game

im just gonna dump a bunch of ska here cause im sick in the head /lh jeff rosenstock's first band was full ska-punk; this is the only album they have on streaming but it's worthy of it imo, im posting the full thing cause i think it's genuinely perfect
streetlight manifesto also bangs hard, more horn-oriented tho madness is the most british band possible and it's so funny how they adapted around having 7 people in the band
Ska Tune Network (makes ska covers of other music, has an officially licensed undertale album released thru fangamer, etc.) made a serious ska album under the name JER and it's really fucking good, linking two songs for this one since they deserve it oh and my favorite cover of theirs
and thats all. apologies for big post, i needed to fit all of these into one otherwise i'd be splattering these around this thread over the span of days |

i support these so good - big fane of mustard service i lobe a music with that guitar that makes me sway and swang so nice
- pretoria msotly a roller derby and expert guy but this band jams !
- OH COSMO SHELDRAKE FUCKS! good with alternatibve instuments and songs with specific vibes like "gently rocking ship as a coin gets flipped" in linger a while
- Ginger root, daytime editor and nighttime bedorom pop man make bloopy synthy music that makes me smile bih
- milk in the microwave
- little purr man is vocaloid jams i think? i dont litstren to miku but i hear good thangs about that gal

Been listening to a lot more hip hop this year! I have a heavy rotation of mostly women  Also recently listened to these for the first time; I wasn't expecting much, just know that they're well known songs, and now I Know Why!! They're so fucking good!! |
