I need help. I had half a heart in the nether, I got lit on fire, and I disconnected. I think I might die if I log back in, and all my stuff is going into the lava. If I could guide someone to where I was, and they could cover up all the lava and pick up my stuff, that'd be awesome.
Outside of the portal room, keep going forward, until you find a cave type thing that goes down into more crimson trees, then keep going forward, until you find a soul sand valley. Go forward & left until you find a broken nether portal with a netherack bridge going towards it in a lava lake. From there, facing the cliff you came from, you can see a lava river with soul sand on both sides. On the left side, there's a single block going into the river.
If you find it, please post a screen shot before covering the lava

Yes, that's it. The lava river in the back. Thank you! :) a ghast is currently floating about and i forgot to bring a bow, so i'm just in the wall waiting for it to despawn |

Yes, that's it. The lava river in the back. Thank you! :) a lot has been filled, hope i covered where you fell also made a torch path with a quick way between the portal and the Platform. there's also a chest with gold helmets in the portal room
btw, i recommend having sneaking set to toggle while in the nether, just makes stuff a whole hell of a lot easier not having to hold down shift constantly

made a mob/xp farm there's a quick path to it from the nether portal room there's a full power enchanting table, an anvil, and a grindstone in the farm

made a nether tunnel to the end portal  iron bars around it so you don't accidentally get smacked into the portal by a mob
